We are a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 Teens) 2 story property. teens reside downstairs (18yr and 13yrs) and adults upstairs (35yrs and 38yrs). We have 2 dogs and 3 cats We work from home. We are within a 1min drive and a 5min walk to the beach. We are not a party house but will have the occasional brew.

We have 2 rooms available however Second room has just been rented. Bathroom and Toilet is shared with other boarder

We all like to keep to ourselves and do our own things.

No bond required. First weeks rent required upon date of move in.

Smokers (outside)✅️ Vapers ✅️ Must be ok with Animals (You will see the dogs more then the cats) Rent price is for a sole occupant. Couples are negotiable.

Double room Unfurnished. Currently has a queen bed in there has a closet aswell. Will need own bedding. Bathroom will be shared with one other.
