Rent is $245 p/w along with $30 for utilites and common expenses, with a bond of $460. Landlord is really awesome, have never had any trouble with him and he always sorts out issues quickly.

Looking for someone at a similar stage in life, though not a deal-breaker! Normal 9 - 5 lifestyle during the week, often social on the weekend either at the flat or elsewhere.
