About the flat

So this is a three bedroom flat which this room being the second biggest of the three. It's got enough space to fit a bed, a desk, and draws. I've found it to be fantastic as a work from home setup. It's located in Mt.Victoria so it's in a quiet neighbor hood but just a short 10 minute walk into Courtney Place and about 25 minutes from Lambdon Quay, so it's ideal for a city worker as you won't have to drive into work each day. Has a large lounge with a fire so it heats up really nicely.
About the room
The room has enough space for a desk, chair, and some draws, it has it's own sort of wardrobe space for hanging clothes as well. The room comes with the bed but I'm happy to leave the other furniture including the bedside draw, desk, and clothes draws as well if you'd be interested in them. During the cold wellington winter the room heats up really well and retrains heat so you won't have any cold nights.

Hi, I'm the person looking to have my room filled in as I'm moving to Australia.
James is in his late thirties and currently a full time secondary school teacher. When he's not out educating the youth you can find him either watching football/basketball, or reading a book. Always down for a movie night/board game night.
David has just finished up his masters in marine biologically and is spending the next 3 months in Barbados being sort of a turtle life guard. He's planning to move back after these 3 months and he likes to keep fit and he's also big into football/basketball were you can mostly catch him watching LA Clippers games.
