Our home is set on a one acre section in Mt Somers Village and we have three lambs grazing contentedly in the paddock.

I'm working full time, as is my daughter.

You will have your own wing of the house, with access to the main lounge and kitchen. In your wing is a small living room & kitchenette; a bathroom with a large shower, heater, heated towel rail and toilet as well as shelving for towels and drawers. Your bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe. Both the living room and bedroom have direct patio access and unobstructed views of Mt Hutt & Mt Somers. Fully furnished with a queen bed, couch, dining table and chairs. Your hallway is shared access to the garage/laundry.

I'm looking for someone friendly, responsible, clean and tidy with a sense of humour and a love of rural NZ. Rent is negotiable for the right person.
