Very close (less than 2 min walk) to Bayfair shopping centre, bus stops and other such local amenities. 2-3 minutes drive to the nearest beach. Single $200/week, Double $300/week.
About the room
A medium sized furnished room with double bed. The flatmates would have the use of their own bathroom and toilet...shared with visitors! Power, water, internet is included but you bring your own food and consumables (soap, toilet paper, laundry powder etc).
