Hi All, I'm looking for a new flatmate to join myself and 1 other (both 25yo males) in my sunny, spacious home in the Golf Rd area in the Mount. Available room is nice & sunny and has a built in wardrobe. House includes a lovely outdoor area, and is in a great location on a quiet street close to Bayfair, the beach, and just a 1 minute walk to the bus stop, or a 10-minute drive to the CBD. Preferably looking for someone of similar age who’s clean, tidy, social and working full time. Ideally long term stay.
