You will have a fully furnished room which catches the afternoon sun and has a queen bed, double wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and a TV (not connected to the aerial but great for Netflix and streaming from your phone on Google Chrome.) Own Bathroom and responsible for keeping it clean.

Room includes internet, power and water rates. Use of all amenities, except dryer and Air con - these are to be discussed with owner.

Flatmate should be either working or in study, clean and tidy and respectful to others. No drugs, smoking, parties, or pets - body corp rules.
