🛏 4 bedrooms 🚿 1 room with shower & washing machine 🚽🛁 1 bathroom with a toilet, bath & sink The kitchen has been newly redone & the lounge repainted.
2 of the rooms are filled with 2 girls in their early 20s.
No pets 🐶 or drugs in the flat
The lease is from now till February 2026 (or at least till 5 July 2025) (but if you would like to leave sooner you can pay an admin fee, arrange it with the property manager & find someone to replace yourself)
About the room
This is an internal room which has a window that opens to the kitchen rather than the outside. It gets some light through the lounge and kitchen. Its very warm in winter, you probably wont even need a heater.
Expenses are up to the group of flatmates. Usually around $20 per person per week (for power, wifi, toilet paper & cleaning things)
