About the flat
Quick note: Bond is $864, which is in between the two options making the listing gave me so I picked the closest one, apologies for the discrepancy.
4 bed 2 bath flat with a balcony and elevator access. Property manager is excellent at responding to issues, flat has no mould problems or leaks and was built in like 2012 so pretty modern - two dishwashers! washer and dryer! good ventilation! quiet despite the location! elevator is good for ootd pics! two fridges!
Flatmates are chill people, working and studying aged 25-26. Mix of tech, tourism and arts so lots of different interests to chat about. We do a good Halloween or the odd birthday party but otherwise a pretty quiet bunch. The odd crafternoon is not unheard of and we love a yarn in the kitchen!
The flat is positioned at the bottom of cuba street with a dairy right underneath and a hell pizza next door so it's close to a lot of food and shopping and not too far from any bus stop you might need!
About the room
The room comes with the big comfy bed and inbuilt storage unit (three shallow drawers, hangar space, and a small space on top to store other things like bedsheets or short boxes) but definitely has room for your personality furniture - a PC, desk and drawers, or a prior tenant had an armchair and a piano keyboard!

The remaining flatmates would like someone around their same age (they're all 25-26) and lgbt+ friendly!

Meet the flatmates
I am a 26 year old aspiring artist who tends to keep to myself but isn't above socializing with flatmates, I can get caught up in conversation quite easily! I like taking long walks and working on writing/drawing ideas as well as playing games in my free time. I am the one you would be replacing in the flat once I move out later this month.
Holly is bright and passionate, a busy person, she is a busy uni student who also does theatre on the side and loves having a yarn with her flatmates.
Liam is a talented, funny guy, always ready to lighten the mood. A hard worker and excellent artist, you may see some of his excellent work around the flat.
Kezia is a lovely presence around the flat. Often you will find her and Liam joking or cooking together, or the sugary smell of her baking wafting through the flat.
Josh is a friendly, and stable presence in the flat. He often works from home and is always ready with a smile to ask how your day was. As a muscician, you'll often hear him drumming as he goes about his day, just as he provides a steady rhythym for the flat.
