About the flat
The room is located in Flat 27 / 22 Sussex Street - Mount cook - Wellington 6021.
The rent is $210 per week, the Wifi is $19.20 per month, and electricity is in a range of $30 - $45 per month.
The bond is $518.60 but the payment is arrange between me (the person leaving) and the person replacing me, and I don´t find the need to ask for it since I´m a little problematic with the time.
The lease is until the 13th of February 2025, but if you want to stay over that date, a new lease can be arrange with the landlord for everyone on the Flat
You will have a private room with your own key but will be sharing the living room/lounge, the kitchen and the bathroom with another 4 flatmates. Outside the flat on a separate section of the buildings you will have the laundry room (Four $1 dollar coins for the use of each machine).
The location is just beside the Basin Reserve, the nearest supermarket would be The Warehouse - 10 minute walk (Good lower prices, little variety of products), the nearest university would be Massey University - 10 minute walk (One of the location to take the IELTS Test) and you can find the nearest bars, cafes and restaurants around courtenay Place and Cuba Street - between 15 and 20 minutes walk .
About the Flatmates, they usually pass time in their room and are respectful about each other time and privacy, but their will give time to guide you about any question about the flat since they have been living there the most and know better the responsabilities around.

El alquiler es de $210 por semana, el Wifi es $19.20 por mes, y la electricidad varia entre los $30 - $50 por mes.
La garantía es de $581.60, pero es un pago que se organiza entre quien se va y quien lo reemplaza, y no tengo la intencion de cobrarlo debido a la urgencia de las fechas.
El arriendo dura hasta el 13 de febrero de 2025. pero si esta interesado en quedarse por sobre la fecha, se realizara un nuevo contrato de arriendo con la propietaria.
La habitación es privada con tu propia llave, pero compartirás la sala de estar, la cocina, y el baño con 4 flatmates. Fuera del Flat en una sección aparte del complejo se encontrara el cuarto de lavado (cada maquina ocupa cuatro monedas de $1 dolar).
El flat se encuentra localizado al lado del Basin Reserve, el supermercado mas cercano es The Warehouse - 10 minutos a pie (Buenos precios bajos, pero poca variedad en productos), la universidad mas cercana es la Massey University - 10 minutos a pie (Uno de los establecimientos donde realizar el IELTS), y puedes encontrar los mas cercanos bares, cafés y restaurantes alrededor de Courtenay Place y Cuba Street - entre 15 a 20 minutos de caminata.
Sobre los Flatmates, usualmente pasan el tiempo en sus habitaciones y son respetuosos de la privacidad y tiempo de cada uno, pero siempre estarán disponibles para darte el tiempo de guiarte con cualquier duda que tengas del Flat o los espacios comunes, ya que llevan mas tiempo viviendo ahí y conocen la mayor parte de los cambios del complejo y sus responsabilidades en el.
About the room
Simple room, with a double size bed (it came only with the mantress though I could leave pillows, blanket and duvet wash if it's a need), a desk, a wall mounted cabinet, a walldrobe, a small heater a carpet, a mini garbage bin and two 2kg dumbells (the last three add by me, since I would not be taking them). Depending of the weather it can get very cold if the windows and curtains aren't close and the heater on (I recommend having a blanket). You got two electrical plugs in the room, one under the desk and the other one under the window.

Habitación singular con una cama doble (Cuando llegue era solo el colchón base, pero puedo dejar las almohadas, frazadas, cubierta lavadas si es una necesidad), un escritorio, un gabinete en la muralla, un armario, un pequeño calefactor, una alfombra, un pequeño basurero y dos mancuernas de 2kg (Estos 3 últimos los agrego yo porque no me los llevare). Dependiendo del clima, puede ponerse muy helado si no se tienen la ventana y cortinas cerradas y el calefactor encendido (Recomiendo tener una frazada). Tendrás dos enchufes en la habitación, uno debajo del escritorio y el otro debajo de la ventana.

Anyone at the moment, although it is an extra if you respect the privacy of each flatmate, keep the lounge and the share spaces clean and tidy, and from time to time take some of the common responsibilities (like taking the trash out).

No hay requerimiento para ser ideal, pero seria bueno que considere la privacidad de las personas con las que compartirá el espacio, mantenga los espacios comunes limpios durante el uso y debes en cuando tome alguna de las responsabilidades compartidas (Como ir a tirar la basura)

26 Years old Chilean almost at the end of his working holiday visa looking to move now to the south island - queenstown, so I am looking for someone replace me my Flat.
About me. I was an accountant back in Chile but once the itch for traveling came by, decided to try something new, this time in the Hospitality food and beverage world, already finish working a good period of time with good people on El barrio, memories that will stay with me.
I am more of a cat person but can share some love to most of the animals (As long as my trial of life doesn't end with it). Like to read, being organized. listen to music, chatting and sleeping.
I always aim to mantain myself calm, collected and open minded, believing that things are gonna go right in the end as long I put attention to them. And really respect people who try their best to reach goals, knowing what they are aiming for.
