Flat has 3 bedrooms Rent is 280 p/w Bond is 840 Great location near the top of Cuba Street, very convenient for students or those working in the CBD. Large rooms and loads of light - heaps of space here for creative types to spread out. The flat includes washer, dryer, dishwasher, 2 fridges and is lightly furnished. Beds may be required. The flat generally feels warm, there is a heatpump in the lounge, but portable heaters are needed in winter in the bedrooms for comfort. There is one full bathroom and another separate toilet. The flat also has a large storage cupboard and big sunny balcony.

Rooms are large and have spacious built in wardrobes. Rooms individually lock. The available room has a skylight which opens and lets a lot of light in.

Hi, I'm Kiera, a 4th year fine art student. Usually to be found knitting or drawing, but also up for an occasional movie or board game night! Love to chat, but also appreciate alone time and respect others wanting the same. I am originally from the UK and enjoy hanging out with people of all flavours.
