The common areas include a large dining area, a large lounge, and a comfortable terrace. Kitchen: very spacious, convection stove, mw, kettle, toaster, air fryer, double sink, a fridge to share and a separate freezer. Laundry: front load, drier, sink. There is a garage were you could store stuff. The house is mostly quiet even if 6 ppl were living in (we are 4 at the moment). We mostly keep to ourselves though we enjoy a chat.

You can fit a queen size bed and have the drawers and a chair, or a smaller bed and have space for a desk, etc. It has a built in wardrobe. It gets the morning sun from the balcony, but the curtains can keep the room dark if you preferred.
