3 Bedrooms, in Miramar. Nice, clean, tidy house. Recently extensively renovated, although still some work to do on the landscaping so the garden is a bit haphazard. Sunny and warm. Has a Pellet fire and heat pump. Fully insulated. Big garden (which is still a work in progress)

Looking for someone quiet, tidy and relaxed. Must love dogs and be comfortable with some dog sitting from time to time. Would prefer no couples please.

Early 40s, professional. Pretty laid back. Tidy. Work long hours/call back so I come and go at odd hours. I own the home and its recently renovated, although still some landscaping work ongoing. Other flatmates are a collie cross and hopefully another dog soonish! Happy to negotiate rent in exchange for dog walking.
