The property is only one level. It has lovely 4 good sized bedrooms. 3 double and 4 Study/single bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped. Separate toilet from the bath/shower room. It is sunny warm place and has a heatpump in the lounge. It is located in Miramar/Maupuia and has beautiful walking scenic paths. Current flatmates are working full time. It is a quiet place but both flatmates are friendly, social. We are respectful, clean and tidy. We do go out and we stay in. It is 4minute drive Weta workshops, Miramar shops and close to the airport. Bus stop is outside the house. Plenty connecting buses also available from Miramar. Quiet relaxing neighbour hood. Bills include electricity, internet and power
