Our wonderful flatmate has decided to move in with their partner so a room has become available in our large and sunny flat!
The room is available from the 13th January 2025 though the move in date is negotiable.

House is fully furnished except the available bedroom. The large double bedroom has large windows to catch the morning sun and a huge mirrored wardrobe.
Address is on Akaroa Drive with a bus stop right outside, and a quick 10 minutes down the hill to the supermarket/shops. Super sunny house out of the main bustle of the city with a huge living area and galley style kitchen. There is a Garage and parking in front of the house at no extra cost and there is plenty of storage around the house. There is also a small sunroom full of plants and outdoor area out the back.
The 2 current flatmates work in digital design and health, there is also a small black cat who loves to hang.
