Rooms available from January 18th, see more details below for each room. Rent differs from room from $250(single bedroom) to $400(master bedroom for a couple), plus shared expenses. Every room has a small built in wardrobe, and is spacious to fit a queen-size bed and extra furniture.

First viewing available from 21st December to 24th. Washing machine, Dishwasher, Electric Oven and further kitchen appliances will be provided when tenants move in.

There will be 3-4 tenants and 2 bathrooms to share to avoid a busy morning, with a good hot water system so you can use the shower at the same time. This is a house where you can enjoy the spacious living area plus garden to grow plants and play with your pet(negotiable). A big open kitchen and living room to share, with a fantastic sea view with sunlight/sunset plus a common conservatory room to have a coffee break or read. Also, a breezy private BBQ area in the outdoor space. It has been a very clean and well self-maintained house and it is my intention to keep it that way. It should not be a big party house, but a social flat that welcomes guests respecting each other's privacy and focus. The neighborhood is crime-safe and child-friendly as it is near a primary school and a community library. 5 minutes walk to the lovely local shops and restaurants. 20 mins walk to beautiful Belmont Regional Park where you can go for an everyday walk. Bus stop is 2 minutes walking distance, less than 100m to go to Petone Station in less than 10 minutes. Parking : 2-3 of tenants' cars can fit into the private carport through a private driveway otherwise lots of space for street parking.

All rooms unfurnished at the moment as it's a recently settled home and negotiable to be furnished for a long-term stay tenant, preferably a yearly basis contract.
