This property is on a cross lease section, and is extremely private as it is fully fenced. There is one or 2 unfinished DIC projects to complete, but having said that. The house is perfectly functional and very cosy! The airport is 11 kms away and the train station and motorways are very close by. This flatting situation would definitely suit someone who works in South Auckland.

Very nice carpeted room with a built in wardrobe. The room can come furnished with a double bed and a set of drawers. But these can be removed, if you have your own bed, etc. A decent sized clean, freshly painted room close to the bathroom!!

My ideal flatmate is 35+, works full time or is an older student. MIT is 3 kms away. I am looking for someone who is tidy, considerate and who pays the rent on time!! I love a wine or 2 in the weekends, as l am sure you will too!! You are very welcome to smoke or vape outside.
