About the flat
Our flat is in a quiet area in St Albans/Mariehau close to both Innes Rd and Cranford St with great access to Northlands Mall and close to bus stops. You'll be flatting with two working professionals (early 30's), who enjoy a bit of a chat while watching a movie but who also respect each others privacy. Occasional board game nights and quiz nights are something we also like to do. We like to keep the flat tidy and rent ($170 includes all bills).
About the room
A warm North facing room that gets hours of direct sunlight each day. Queen bed and bedside table are provided but can be moved if you bring your own.
