Looking for one more housemate! (Only 3 people in total) Large 278m2 home with private bedrooms. 4 Bedrooms. 2 Lounges. 2 Bathrooms. 1 Open plan kitchen. 1 Scullery. Offstreet parking. 2 Car garage. About the room
You get two full bedrooms! Use the other one for your own lounge or walk in wardrobe, whatever you like. Unfurnished, the photos are from my previous tenants. (I do have just enough stuff to furnish one room if needed) Fits queen and king beds easily with additional space. Shared bathroom between two people. Both rooms include a wardrobe with storage shelves. Rooms located in a private area of the house.
Preferred flatmate
Looking for someone in their 30s and a similar stage of life to us. We love a cup of tea and Netflix or a book in the evenings. Going to the beach, weekend adventures, walks etc. Join in as much as you like and we respect the need for personal space too.

Hi! I'm Megan. I had two housemates that were with me for years but have now moved to their own homes. Timing is super flexible, you could move in and out anytime. The house is large enough that you will never feel cramped or like you're actually flatting. Very important now that we're getting older! I will always keep one bedroom empty/max of 3 people and there is a large storage room which means both people have the full use of two private rooms. The rooms are also in their own private wing, see plans for the layout. If you're interested please reach out. I'll give you a tour of the house and make you a coffee while we get to know each other.
