Warm fairly modern clean and cosy in a nice quiet cul de sac, peaceful has a deck and a garden can sit out on and welcome to do any time.

Clean furnished bright big window and double bed, plenty of cupboards space next to bathroom which has shower and toilet one upstairs and one downstairs.. Its always warm very warm and light. Must come and see ......
Preferred flatmate
Sorry at this time no pets Sorry prefer a non smoker however open to smoking outside the house. Preferably around my age but any age preferably working but I am not so I'm open to possibilities there too. If can drive there is a parking space that can be used. The place is warm friendly cosy and fairly modern its very clean.

I'm a lady in late 50's running a house I'm looking for a boarder for a upstairs room. The property is great location near shops and near city, a parking space can be provided. It is quiet peaceful and a cul de sac that is friendly. Prefer a working person if possible but I am not working so open to options....all considered.
