This is a three-bedroom townhouse with all the rooms upstairs. The house has two bathrooms. The living, dining and kitchen are downstairs. A sunny backyard is next to it.

It is located in Linwood, Christchurch, which is a suburb next to the central Christchurch city.

The bathroom should be shared with another female flatmate (who is a UC student).

We prefer a smoke-free environment and would like to maintain this lifestyle in the household. Additionally, due to our religious beliefs, we keep the household beef-free and are looking for flatmates who are comfortable respecting this practice and not cooking beef in the house.
