-partner and i are mid 20's, own the home and have two spare rooms, lookingto potentially fill one of the rooms as the house isn't the biggest and it would be get very cosy -Room is big enough for a single bed and some drawers/desk or a bigger bed and probably not a lot else. -Secluded spot on the edge of Kaiapoi with huge backyard and offstreat parking. - Double garage + workshop space, already filled with a lot of our junk but definitely could make room for storing more if needed. -Awesome fireplace that makes the house warmer in winter than summer some days -300mbps fiber internet -Bus stop just outside going every 30min or a 10min drive to town. We both work weekdays 6-3 then you'll find us lounging in the lounge on the pc or playstation, i spend a lot of the time in the garage as a mancave almost doing woodwork. Both very laidback.

20-30 fulltime or studying. Would probably suit someone on the quieter side / nerdy lifestyle as that is ours and we tend to do our own thing, on the internet or gaming most arvos.

We love cats here but alas our cat doesn't and spends its afternoons throwing fists at the neighborhood cats so as much as we'd love another it might cause chaos.

Open to short term as we've not had a flatmate in the house and would be perfect to see how it goes.
