About the flat
I have a room available in a 4 bedroom flat right across the road from UC Engcore! The flat comes with 4 off street car parks but there’s also a bus stop right outside! All the rooms are a decent and equal size and come with a built in wardrobe. The flat has one bathroom, a seperate toilet and a small shower room which is mainly used for extra storage. Room will come unfurnished.

The room has a built in wardrobe and is big enough to fit a queen bed, set of drawers, a desk and more.
Preferred flatmate
The ideal flatmate would be a student aged 18-20 who is kind, very clean and down to hangout but also enjoys downtime.
