Reasonably established vege and fruit garden so great if you like to share in eating some of these! Only 1 other human and 1 dog in the house. Existing owns the house. Near the hills and Christchurch adventure park. Dairy and bus stops just a block away. Current flatmate moving on mid March. Hoping to find someone to move in soon after that :)
