The first room available can easily fit a king-sized bed and drawer with a double wardrobe. The second room is a smaller room and only is suitable to fit king single-sized bed and drawer with a single pull-out wardrobe and drawers.

Preferred persons that either are working and/or studying. Because this house is a split-level house you would have to able to negotiate stairs. Sorry I can't have dogs as the fence has blown down in the last storm and still needs to be repaired. This is not a party house; party goers and heavy drinkers/druggies do not apply.
