Comfortable house with open plan living - indoor/outdoor flow, open plan kitchen, dining and living rooms. beaches, supermarket, coffee shops, pharmacy and pub are all within 5 -10 min casual walk.
About the room
Room is queen size with lots of storage, fully furnished with quality pieces. Share a bathroom with just one other. Rent is for the room, we split the rest of the bills equally monthly. Heaps of parking if you have a car - really easy commute into town and surrounding areas with a bus stop just a few minutes walk away.

Easy going, finance professional. Enjoys sun, people and food. Happy medium of social vs quiet time. Likes a clean tidy home where everyone does their bit as needed.
Couple here on a working visa for a couple of years. Plays nicely with others :) Easy to get on with, like to be social in the house and have own time too.

Very friendly house hippo of a dog, doesn't require a lot of exercise but will demand to be loved.
