The house comes with a heat pump, infinity water heating system, sunny balcony, and is closely located to the bus stop through to the city.
The room is unfurnished, so bring your own stuff (we have pretty much everything else accounted for in the house) - easily fits a double bed & desk, and has a small cupboard for additional storage.
Size: 3.5m x 3.7m. Cost: $230 per week.
Current tenants are a male professional (31) working in Health IT, and a male professional (23) working for an IT Training company. Happy to do our own thing, also keen to catch up for a chat when we're around.
