About the flat
The flat is a 2-level townhouse with a shared driveway that joins 4 other units and is just down the road from the Hamilton east shopping centre.
The CBD and Uni are a 20 minute walk in opposite directions, and we’re lucky enough to have good neighbours.
The main area of the house is on the second floor and features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen combo as seen in the pictures.
Lower floor has an internal garage, although it’s not really suited for large vehicles. Property also features a concrete patio for a backyard and upstairs balcony off the living room.
About the room
The room on offer is on the second story and is about 2.8x2.8m with a recessed shelved wardrobe. Additional storage space is available throughout the house and in garage. Room is unfurnished.

Software Engineer who works 100% remote as an IT consultant. Enjoys nature, motorcycling, fiddling with IoT stuff and trying to win boardgames. Friendly, funny (looking) and tidy.
Works as a chef for a local Thai restaurant, very hard worker who spends most of his time at work including meal times. To be honest you aren’t likely to see much of him which is unfortunate as he’s interesting to talk to and always positive.
