One standard double bedroom with built in wardrobe in a clean one year old home looking for you to move in! The house is a toasty (sometimes too warm!) double glazed, spacious place, with a decent size backyard, so you’ll always be able to have your own space. You’ll share the main bathroom and seperate toilet with the boarder. You’ll be living with the homeowner and another boarder. We’re both professional females in our mid 30s who enjoy exercising and love having a nice clean place to relax in. There’s also a ragdoll cat who enjoys human company and will play fetch. Wetlands 300meters away, 2 min drive to New World, about 15 minutes drive to CBD in traffic.
