Large sunny warm and dry apartment just off Symonds street. Close to k road, university, queen street, hospital, Newmarket, ponsonby. Room comes with its own private bathroom, and a secure off street central car park! Apartment is shared with one couple, both who like down time after work but equally enjoy sharing a meal and playing some games. The apartment has two fridges. The kitchen is also equipped with a coffee machine, NutriBullet, blender, soda-stream microwave, air fryer/large oven and all the other bits you would expect. There is a gym very close, less than 5 minutes walk away, it has a pool and ice bath also.

The room comes fully furnished with a newish queen sized bed with under bed storage drawers. A large clothes hanger (double wardrobe sized) Drawers for clothes, two bedside tables, desk and a comfortable chair. It also has two windows and gets morning sun.

Someone or a couple that appreciates a homely home, that’s clean and tidy. But enjoys having a wine or watching some shows/playing games. Enjoying their alone time is totally fine as well. The house is easily maintained with minimal cleaning required.
