This home is a 2 bedroom house. It's located very close to a main bus stop and Glenview mall is just down the road, a 3 minute walk away. It's just me 52yr and my elderly cat and we are happy and pretty quiet. Love to have a catch up and chat but generally keep to myself. 🙂🙂

Small sunny room at the front of the house. Warm and comfortable with a king single bed, small table and chair can be organized, 1 or 2 shelving units and built in single wardrobe. Everything but the bed can be moved out or around, what ever works for you, it's your room ?

Must be clean and tidy, working or studying full-time.
