It’s a relatively new town house. Super quiet and close to the bus stop. Busy stop opposite the road. And another bus to the city 5 mins walk away. The room has a good garden view and super bright and get good natural light too. We generally work/study during the day. But in the evening we like to spend time in the living room watching tv or playing games. Hailey is a student so she’s often studying in the evenings Bed/mattress, desk, wardrobe will be provided. Off street parking mostly available. TV, washer, clothes rack, dishes, living room, ps5, switch, all available to use :) Room is available from mid may. Unfortunately viewings can only be arranged second week of may onwards

The room is spacious with good views. Good natural light and enough space to get your own stuff and make it your own. Desk and bed come with the room. But we can provide bedding if needed It’s got plenty of storage too!
