About the flat
Hello!
We are looking for a flatmate to live in the newly built house in Glen Innes/Glendowie ) One bed room is available for rent in the 4 bedroom house each with a built in wardrobe. You would share a bathroom with one flatmate.
The house is a 5-minute drive to the nearest train station, the nearest bus stop (direct to Britomart) is 2 minutes walk. Pak N Save and Countdown are very close. If you like the beach, Saint Heliers and Mission Bay are also several minutes' drive. Wai O Tai ki bay is just across the road. St Johns, Stonefields, St Helliers, Glendowie are few minutes drive.
Rent is $250 per week plus utilities.
