The Flatties: - We're both young professionals who are social but also enjoy keeping it chill around the flat. - Looking for someone similar, clean, tidy, and respectful. Keen on the odd MAFS episode or mish up mount, but also with their own stuff going on.

The Room:

Master-size double bedroom with built-in wardrobe. $240 p/w - unfurnished. however, a bed base is available if needed.

The Boring Stuff:

-Power, internet, and water - Split 3 ways.. Approx $20/$30 per week. -Take turns buying flat stuff, cleaning products, toilet paper etc.. -1 week’s rent in advance + 2 weeks’ rent as bond. -No smokers -No pets.
