We’re looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate to join our spacious 5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in Eureka, Waikato. This two-story house offers plenty of room, with a large kitchen, living area, and outdoor space. The shared bathroom includes a shower, bath, and toilet, with a separate toilet for convenience. The house is fully insulated and partially double-glazed, ensuring comfort year-round.

The available room is unfurnished, featuring a large built-in wardrobe and plenty of natural light, with afternoon sun. It also has its own private entrance for added privacy.

Our home is shared with two dogs, a cat, and a few chickens, creating a friendly and lively atmosphere. Outside, you’ll have access to ample parking, an in-ground pool, and a citrus/stone fruit orchard. We’re lucky to have friendly horses and cows as neighbors too.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood, we’re just a short drive from Hamilton, Morrinsville, and Cambridge. We enjoy a relaxed, clean environment and are looking for someone who shares these values—respectful, easy-going, and appreciates a quiet living space.
