The townhouse is two-storeys, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with a small private garden and a shared central garden area with palms and lawns. It's fully furnished, has air conditioning, and includes two carparks (one covered, one uncovered).

The location offers easy access to public transport with bus routes and the train station nearby. Ellerslie Shopping Centre, Greenlane, Royal Oak shops, and Sylvia Park Mall are all conveniently close. You'll also find cafes, restaurants, and gyms within walking distance, with Cornwall Park just a short distance away.
