About the flat

Cozy place only a couple kilometers from the University. Has a nice sized, clean kitchen and living spaces. Laundry room and mutliple bathrooms with 1 shower. Super close to shops and close walking distance to the supermarkets. Both flatmates are great blokes in their 20s and studying at the University of Otago. They are both super friendly and social and have keen interests in gaming and sports.

About the room

The room is unfurnised but still a great cozy room. It is on the narrower end of rooms but has plently of space to fit a full sized bed and anything else youd need like a desk or wardrobe.

Preferred flatmate

Preferably looking for another univeristy student or someone in their 20s to join the flat but will welcome anyone interested.
