This one bed flat is located under a Devonport villa and is fully self-contained. The flat includes a kitchenette (microwave, benchtop oven and stovetop) bathroom (shower and toilet) and laundry.

The bedroom is large and includes a built in Queen sized bed and chest of drawers with ample hanging and storage space. The flat has its own private entrance which opens out onto a large shared garden.

It has recently had DVS installed which circulates air throughout the house and includes a relatively basic household items (if required).

It is under a busy, sometimes noisy family home with two children (12 and 14 years) who are home 50% of the time. There may be the occasional tantrum, swearing or shouting.

I work from home a few days a week. We have two cats who occasionally may require feeding if we are away.

The flat is approx. 5 minutes to Devonport village which has a range of bars, cafes, supermarket and is close to beaches, parks and ferry to Auckland Central, Waiheke and Rangitoetoe. There is a bus at the end of the street which takes you to Takapuna and Smales Farm/Nth Shore Hospital.

The flat is under a house and is not suitable for Giant sized people.

It is ideal for someone who may be hard of hearing or who likes to play music to drown out sounds of grumpy teenagers (and parent).
