Hi, I'm looking for 1 or 2 flatmates to share with me in Churton Park (next to Johnsonville). I'm a 43 year old IT guy. The house has 4 (unfurnished) bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets and lots of space. There's a large climbing wall built under the house and also a veggie garden if that's your thing (no expectations of gardening - I can handle that). Rent is $220 for the smaller (but still large) room and $230 for the larger room which has a walk in cupboard. Internet is free, but power is divided evenly each month. The house has all mod con's, including a dishwasher, clothes drier, etc. Please: no smokers, no vapers, no pets and no kids. I think I'd prefer no couples, but I might be open to the idea.
