About the flat
Centrally located, fully furnished with utilities included in the price!
This is a large, sociable household and can have up to 10+ housemates when full. There are currently 10 housemates and we are fairly picky about who we let in. The housemates are friendly and occasionally like to organise events together, eg, movie nights. However, this is NOT a party house!
We have 3 bathrooms in the house, a backyard herb garden and are walking distance to so many restaurants/bars/cafes, Ara Institute, Turanga library, theatre and cinema, and 3 supermarkets!
About the room
The room is furnished, and has a door lock. It's $220/week (utilities are included) for a Single person, and $300/week for a Couple.
