The flat is in the city but in a quiet area. It is spacious, has two heatpumps (one on each floor) and is double glazed. We also have solar power so the power bill is never too high, even in winter. There's a garage, which we can share, and one off-street parking. There's one full bathroom to be shared between us and one guest toilet downstairs. It is fully furnished.

Rent: $300/week (singles only - no couples, sorry) Internet: $44/month Power: Around $30/month in summer and $80/month in winter.

Bond: $900 (3 weeks rent)

Cats negotiable. No dogs.

The room is private and big enough for a queen bed and a desk (queen bed is provided, can be removed if you prefer to bring your own). There's a small built-in wardrobe in your room, and also some extra storage space in the room next door which you'll be welcome to use.
