Great location! Only a 10-15 minute walk to the central city, so would be ideal for someone who works in town or wants to live close by.

Three bedroom, two bathroom flat. Just me living here at the moment so in need of a flatmate to keep the rent down lol. Perks are you get a bathroom to yourself, there's loads of space (including a spare bedroom and garage!), and a nice little outdoor area. Kitchen and living areas are set up so you'd only need furniture for the room.

It's pretty relaxed, I don't mind a couple of drinks every now and again but definitely not a party flat. I usually just chill out and watch some shows or read a book after work. Looking for a friendly, respectful and trustworthy flatmate : )

Lease ends in November but there may be an option to stay longer if the landlord wants to renew.
