I have recently purchased my own house and would like to rent out the spare rooms.

I am currently renting to the previous owners until their house build is complete. Viewings can still be arranged late afternoon/early evenings during the week and weekends with a couple of days notice.

House is located in Casebrook. - 4 minutes drive to Bishopdale Shopping Centre - 4 minutes drive to Northlands Mall in Papanui (no. 27 bus route just round the corner that goes past the mall as well. - 11 minutes drive to University of Canterbury.

Double Bedrooms shown in photos both have built in wardrobes.

One bedroom is currently set up as a work from home office but will fit a Queen bed and drawers.

Outdoor area is fully fenced and I will maintain the lawns and garden (However I wouldn't say no to any offers of help).

3 weeks bond and 1 weeks rent in advance.

Washing Machine and Dryer in the garage. New fridge in the kitchen and additional fridge freezer space in the garage. Modern dish washer drawers in kitchen and good water pressure.

House is also fitted with an alarm system.

Move in dates from Mid February.
