Located in Burwood christchurch. 6min drive to Burwood Hospital. 7min Drive to New brighton Beach. 15min drive to the City centre and a 7min walk to a bus stop. Currently Me(owner) and my brother living in the property. Price is for a single. Couples would be $310
About the room
Large Room on the second floor loft of the garage. It is separted from the main house so you will have your own privacy. It has a mini living room on the ground floor with its own bathroom/toilet. It can be not furnished or furnished with closet/drawers/bedside table/queen bed. I'd love to help on what would be needed.

Ideal flatmate would be a cheerful, respectful individual or a couple who would take good care of their room or the property as they would own it and pays on time.
