A lovely modern home that is tidy and peaceful. We are a full-time working Korean couple in 30's and we have one Korean female flatmate who studies at UC and has been with us since last year. Overall this is a quiet, respectful and tidy home but also we enjoy sharing meals together.

The house is conveniently located within walking distance to bus stops for the Orbiter/120 bus to Riccarton and the 8 bus to the city. Street parking is available.

The room includes a single-size bed (can be switched to a queen size bed upon request), desk, chair and wardrobe. Bed linens and heater can be provided if you need.
