About the flat
We are situated close to shopping blocks, Avonhead Mall and the University. Memorial ave is close by for easy bus routes. It is a family home and I live here with my daughter who is here 50% of the time. It is down a long driveway and secluded, quiet and safe area.
About the room
The room is an attic room above the garage, you have to walk up stairs to get there. It is private and your own personal space. It can get cold in winter, so a heater and hottie will be your best friend!

Someone who is quiet, respectful and clean. Not a party person. Prefer a female.

I am a solo father, working as an environmental scientist. I am quiet and respectful, usually keep to myself. My daughter is 9 and she lives 50% of the time at home with me and the other with her mother, so it will just be me 50% of the time.
