You will be sharing the house with 3 working guys of different nationalities. We are all easy-going and respectful of each other's space and privacy. You will share toilet and bathroom with 2 of the guys.

Cleanliness is important to us so cleaning of the common areas is done on a rotating roster every 2 weeks. Toiletries and other cleaning materials are shared among the tenants.

Two car parking slots available (shared on a rotating roster), and on-street parking available too.

A furnished single room with a large bed, has table, drawers, and an in-built storage for bags and clothes. Table in the ad has been replaced but can be returned to the room if preferred.
