We have a double furnished room for $300/wk or downstairs large room with ensuite and kitchenette for $370/wk available from 04/01/25. Beautiful view of Mount. Can come furnished or unfurnished. Spare room at end of garage for extra storage. Garage parking available with remote. Rent includes all bills except food. This is not a party house as we all have busy schedules but we don't mind a casual drink and BBQ in the weekend. There will be myself, my longterm female flatmate and my 17yr old son. You will be sharing bathroom with 2 others if you choose the double room. We will only rent one room as per your choice as we are only looking for one female flatmate. Must be working full time or student.
