About the flat
We have a downstairs large bedroom with your own bathroom and toilet with kitchenette available from now. Internal access to the main kitchen and common areas upstairs. Beautiful view of Mount. Can come furnished or unfurnished. Spare room at end of garage for extra storage. Garage parking available with remote. Rent includes all bills except food. This is not a party house as we all have busy schedules but we don't mind a casual drink and BBQ in the weekend. There will be myself, my longterm female flatmate and my 17yr old son upstairs. Must be working full time or student and happy to go on the tenancy as occupant for at least 12 months.
