Hey, come and join us in this beautiful 5 Bedroom, three story spacious Blockhouse Bay house. With a large lounge and dinning room and a second floor rumpus area.

We've got all the mod cons, including Fibre, and guest bedroom for use by everyone. The house is spacious, with outside decking which gets the afternoon/evening sun.

Blockhouse Bay is a lovely area, many local eatries and shops, and a woolworths all within a 10 minute walk.

It's a large spacious room, with an amzing ensuite. Built in wardrobes as well!

Expenses are not included, but will work out no more than 23 a week which includes internet and household goods and a cleaner. Power / gas / water on top divided equally.
